Intellectual property

Ownership, licensing and transfer of project materials must be defined in the relevant client agreement. Third-party tools and assets may remain subject to their own licences.

Hosting and maintenance

Hosting keeps a website available online. Maintenance is a separate support service. Usage limits, response times and included work are governed by the chosen plan and agreement.

Limitation

Any warranties, limitations of liability and dispute procedures are set out in the relevant client agreement.
